Went mainline from regional. Still sad. Any tips to combat this?

There’s something to be said for “friendly crews” and having fun with them but I’m betting that those relationships are only surface deep at the moment. You don’t have a relatable person or persons you call your BFF(S). And if you do, and they’re not a FA, they hear you but they don’t understand. Essentially, you’re lonely. That’s my read. I could be way off. But to me it sounds like you derive your energy from personal relationships and meeting a new crew for a 3-day trip and maybe never seeing that same crew a long time; rinse and repeat for a few years while you’re new still, and you have a lot of acquaintances but not enough friends.

Work on your relationships - understand that it might take a while because you’re only meeting people for a short while - look for people you can relate to and stay in touch with them. Remember: other new hires from your training class are probably feeling the same way.
