Sometimes players in silver can be so bad they are good, you flash em and then spray and pray full blind and kill you. They are very unpredictable, also I'd try and make solo plays instead of playing with your team if you know you have bad teammates that can't even do basic things like use their spawn on long a or flash at the right time on long a. I'll be honest, a lot of people including myself can hardly get out of silver, I'll have games when I get put in LE lobbies and topfrag and next game I bottom frag against low silvers.
