It seems like they're intentionally ignoring the elephant in the room. "Who knows why young people aren't getting vaccinated?" and "Despite everyone at-risk and most people being vaccinated, there are no plans to lift restrictions." I haven't met anyone who's hesitant towards the vaccines for concerns of safety and efficiency; it's all distrust that the government will lift restrictions once people have been vaccinated. The best thing the government can do to address vaccine hesitancy is to stop validating the anti-vax theory that we'll need suffocating restrictions after mass inoculation. It's so frustrating to read that article and speculate about why younger people are refusing to get the vaccine when it's blatantly clear that it's because they don't want to deal with a sore arm and fever for a day if nothing changes for them
