Dough:
Sauce:
Crush/pulverise 1 roma tomatoe in a bowl
Add spices: salt, black pepper, cumin, garam masala (to taste)
Onions:
1/2 large yellow/sweet onion cooked on medium-high until translucent
Add approximately 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce (throw in a chipotle for extra flavor/spice)
Cook for another 30 seconds, stirring continuously
Other Toppings:
broccoli
sliced olives
garlic
Also, please remember to save and use your broccoli stalks. They are delicious and nutritious, even if they aren't great as a pizza topping. Additionally, keep in mind that aluminum foil can be reused many times if you take good care of it.
