16 afab 5’5 140 white usa, skin reacts to temperature. rash from heat is hot to the touch, uncomfortable/slight burning. happens daily. started 7 years ago.

i’m 16, i don’t work. i haven’t seen anyone other than my main doctor. he told me it was probably hives. i’m pretty sure it’s not hives, no bumps, not itchy. even if it were hives, i get them every day wouldn’t he have at least done testing to make sure it is hives? nothing really happened 7 years ago. i first saw it 7 years ago when i was playing outside on a hot day. it was on my legs, i thought i was allergic to grass (so did my mom). but my knee started hurting around 6 years ago. it stopped hurting after 2 years (i hid a lot from my parents when i was younger, mostly feeling sick or injured.) but now it randomly started hurting again a few days ago, only when i walk though. i have a normal teenager diet. except for the fact i try to eat more protein and veggies than instant ramen. lol. i don’t have any skin conditions that i’m aware of. i’m also not allergic to anything other than mango skins.
