The selective outrage K-pop fans have is annoying. If this were one of the pinks, they would've trended hashtags, long ass video essays on YouTube would've been made, and everyone would've called them racist and anti-semitic. Even if BP were innocent, apologized, and taken accountability, they would've never let that shit go. I remember Lisa getting called all types of monkey for her Moses line in Ice Cream, them being called fatshamers and anti-feminist for their line in Pretty Savage, rightfully being called out for the missuse of AAVE in AIIYL and don't even get me started about the CREDITED interpolation in Pink Venom... Other idols do and say vile things and don't even get called out or a quarter of the backlash. Their fans brush it over.

I actually wanted to make a post about this, but I didn't think anyone would care, and something like this shouldn't be taken as petty fan beef. I've long since given up on this, and it's clear they don't hold everyone to the same standard. When it's someone they like, it gets hidden. If they're going to be so loud for Blackpink, I expect the same energy for others.
