One party is paying the bills now, one part is paying the marketing, and one party takes 100% of the risk if something bombs. They should probably get some say in how they release their products - and to date Xbox hasn't removed a single game from the Playsation store - that was already there as promised. If people want to rage about future releases, I'd like to rage back about paying $600 to play FFVI:R which Micrsfot has confirmed is never coming to Xbox based to a contract deal.

Using a position of market dominace to cut sweetheart exclusivity deals is hardly better than buying into something and producing it from my hill. At least in this case MS has skin in the game.
