3 Biggest Red Flags

Let's take a look at how weird this all is overall. Evidence: Blood in RAV4- Manitowoc had access to SA's blood. Fact. Key- found days later by Lenk, who was not being 'watched' at the time. RAV4 - found on Salvage yard but suspiciously called in 2 days prior by Colborn. Pam Strum finds RAV4 in 30 mins or less. Hmm. Bones in back of trailer- were in three different locations. No pictures of bones first found. Coroner not called to site. Bullet in garage- found 5 months later- by Lenk. Touch DNA on hood latch - 5 months later. Buting argues it's such a small amount it's consistent with 'transfer' DNA. - (after searching trailer so many times you can't rule out they could have gotten some from SA's stuff) also guy checking the car admitted to not changing gloves before opening the hood.

Phone calls from Avery luring? Makes no sense. He called Autotrader. His father says everyone knew she was coming to take those pictures.

Kratz's theory that he was planning to say she did not show by calling at 4:35 with no *67- doesn't make sense in light of the fact that he left the Autotrader and bill of sale out on his desk in plain sight!

Towel incident? He was in a pool, during one of TH visits to their property. He put a towel on. Sounds like a good idea. She wasn't creeped out she told the receptionist it was just 'ewe' and they laughed about it. Cat incident - give me a break what the heck does this have to do with this case? Nothing. Just an attempt to make him look horrible. And I can't even begin to go into all the other 'spins' on occurrences that aim to make SA appear like a 'monster'. I agree with OP. He is just a simpleton.

Weird coincidence/motive- 36 million dollar law suit. SA possible motive- Unknown/ or he was angry. Lol. Ok. Maybe that was it.......
