40% stearic, 6% PUFA olive butter

I wonder if there are some other factors to why Italians are less prone to obesity. Sunlight? Lack of processed foods? Lower stress due to multi-generational households? Who knows.

For my next move, I plan to live <37 so I can get that optimal sunlight. I think that is extremely important to being healthy and feeling healthy. When I lived in Germany and NE USA, it was almost impossible to get enough sunlight. They are both in the high 40s, low 50s as far as latitude. I'll never go back. I felt sick and diseased living in a bleak land of worker ants. Every day was like a scene out of The Road. Pure survival. I never get the move to Montana/Idaho/Washington and build a cabin meme. I want sun dammit!
