$500-$700 USD Gaming computer, kind of clueless.

Hey! I put together a build for you that should perform very well with medium gaming. Your tablet request is probably most likely based from software and not actual hardware specs. I've heard Wacom makes very decent drawing pads. Your case is purely based on preference, but I selected one that is very streamlined and simple. It's a bit expensive however and that is because of the quality. You can use the SSD for your OS, which isn't included, as well as some of your most used games. There is lots of wiggle room for this build, so you can do pretty much whatever. I'm sure other redditors will help you as well... Good luck!
