Aardvark Therapeutics - Still in Relative Stealth Mode...for now

Thanks for posting! I agree that there could be some opportunities in animal health even though it’s a small pond compared to human health.

I noticed in one of the court filings a week or two ago that there were approved spending/costs listed that the Court approved SRNE to pay (I think that was the purpose of the filing). Somewhere in the top three was an animal health regulatory consulting firm in the amount of low six digits $. I looked back for the filing just now but can’t find it… there’s been so many. And this was not one of the sexy filings that got a lot of attention as with the hearings. But I remember at the time thinking that it was odd that a company in SRNE’s situation would be paying so much for regulatory services relating to animal health. I was going to post on it but got busy with other stuff so didn’t get around to it. Do you know which filing that was?

Also interesting is that the Ark website is updated a bit – the copyright is now 2023 where as it had been several years since it was last updated. I last checked it about a month ago I think and it had not been updated back then.

Animal health was another area that I thought SRNE should divest from to focus more on core business, years ago even before all the drama happened. It makes sense that they may be doing so now, however I doubt it would be as impactful as the SCLX asset sale or other options… what do you think?
