He didn't "admit" to hacking clubstep per se, he made a community post (as far as I know) after paqoe had exposed him on Twitter, had he not been exposed, we prolly wouldn't even know about him using hitbox multiplier. So I'd tend to assume that Cursed made the community post so as to tone down the situation, if he were to ignore the post paqoe had made regarding him, he probably would have gotten way less supporters and people defending him.

As for the community post in itself, something seemed a bit weird to me and it's that you can't realize your mistake 5 days after completing the level, even less after someone expose you... He could very well have realized that while doing the montage of the level.
