Advice for an rpg taking place in ancient Greece?

I'm sorry for hijacking

Maybe you can take some inspiration from me. I a while back was thinking hypothetically about a game set place in either ancient Greece, Rome, or Atlantis. The game was to be a Zelda-style top down hack and slash sort of game where you the player are tasked with preventing the end of times. The player would travel to 12 or so temples and find a hidden labyrinth Beneath each which would act as sort of zelda like dungeons. After completing a temple the player would earn that God's power in some way which would help them. Im unsure if the temples would've been able to of be beaten in a specific order. The main vilian was originally hades but after looking a bit more into Greek mythology it seemed cliche and very Hollywood. For the idea with Atlantis, the island would seem like a currently industrializing society that was drifting away from the belief of the old gods which of course angered the olympians. As a result the player would cause wonders to happen after beating a temple restoring "faith" And angering less gods. The final boss would have been the kraken.

Maybe I'll write a book on it. Maybe I'll let it lay to waste. Maybe someone here will be inspired by the idea. Idk.
