Neverwinter Fellowship seeking to fill a sword position

The concept of "0-drama" or "Drama-Free" alliances or guilds is just false, or in this case false advertisement.

JanneMoonmist, you seem to care an aweful lot about our emphasis on "NO DRAMA TEAM PLAY". That is a whole heck of a lot of typing!

Well I welcome that you offer a counterpoint. I am the founder of Tyrs Paladium (9 years old) and of the Fellowship (5 years old, starting in DDO and then the Neverwinter Fellowship when the game launched). It is very difficult to manage people. That what guild leadership and alliance leadership is all about. There is no such thing as 100% drama free and we do not claim to never have had incidents because of course we have like everyone else. However, by the way we hire and the way we lay out our rules and by the way we enforce them, we just dont have the number of problems that many guilds and alliances do because of the quality of folks and the way we run our guild and alliance. You cannot survive here otherwise. So yes, when people join Tyrs Paladium or Guild Medieval or Neverwinter SOLO or any of our member guilds... their guildies are expecting a drama free experience and our track record speaks for itself. The place is void of egos, drama, elitism and BS like that. Everyone knows everybody here and lends a hand. So the REASON we can claim NO DRAMA TEAMPLAY is because we have the right people, and the right people to back up those statements. So to clarify, when a no drama guild says "no drama" they are focusing on this aspect. Can they execute? Its damn hard but we've been doing that for 9 years, Guild Medieval has been doing it for at least 12 I believe, and we teach (by example) all our member guilds how to best lead and run such a guild and to share game knowledge and camaraderie as we are One. So there you have it!
