I don't really think a half assed apology is acceptable at this point, I'll try to address your points and add my own to explain why.
1.
I have been under a lot of stress in real life recently, I was behind in my studies for a long time (maths is hard...) and while that is unlikely to ever really go away I am finally catching up.
That sucks, sure but you've had a group of people you trust begging for permission to help you with your server and relieve you of any of that stress that was caused by the server and the free time you do get you choose to play other game, which would normally be fine but considering you don't let anyone else have any real perms on your server it could be understood why people might want you around on SC more.

I have been flamed a lot (privately mostly) for not spending every waking spare bit of time working on scapecraft. At the end of the day for the last long period in my life I have felt like I have had little free time, and working on some more coding or server administration has felt like extra work rather than relaxing like messing about on league or something.
again its the same story really except for the flaming which sucks but hey it's the internet and every single one of us has been flamed at some point and the only reason you are getting that hate/flame is because you've limited so much of the server to just you, there's no one else anyone can go to for those things.

Another criticism I always seem to get is how distant I often am, I try to answer anything on this subreddit especially, but when every other inbox message has been straight up flaming it gets old fairly fast. And as for not logging on much ingame, every time I would log on my main account I would be presented with a hundred different issues and arguments (who stole what items, who bugged what, who is glitching), and that makes it really hard to interact casually with everyone when I am having to hand out punishments or argue with people every time I log on.
Answering questions on the subreddit or via pms is awesome but the reason you are getting so many questions etc ingame and I have explained this to you more than once before is because of how little you are on, anything donation related or anything that your mod team can't do they tell people to wait for you to come online because that's the only option you have left them and when it's been weeks since you've logged on those people waiting for you queue up and the second that you come online they jump on you for the chance to finally sort out their issues that no one else can fix.
It seems like all you are doing is maxing excuses but what you really need to do is change how you run the server and how you act, for example deleting the post calling you out and demoting your subreddit mod for putting it back up was uncalled for.
If you seriously want people to come back to your server then you need to put a lot more time into it or allow someone else to take some of the weight off of your shoulders, your mod team has been begging for access to things like restarting the server when its down or lagging since before I even joined, Your donation page has been missing information and is very confusing but no one else can change any of that but you and any time you've been asked you've been too busy, playing league or saying you will do it later.
I currently don't think very highly of you because of these things and am trying really hard to be as unbiased as possible but I know I'm not alone in thinking any of this or debating whether or not to even rejoin the server when it's up properly
