Your title should have some terms that you would include in google.

The topmost unsolved post in this sub right now has the title :

Looking for a short story about a man lost at sea

The next one reads:

Parallel fantasy world discovered and exploited over different times

and the third reads

80s kids book: picture of man who lives in a little cottage surrounded by a moat and uses a swan shaped boat to come and go
