I work in the Games Room where we’re distributing the free passes. Right now we are short staffed (which means we’re hiring, apply online!) so we are doing the appointments until we can get staffed up to expand our hours of operations if all goes well. All of the appointments are booked for this week but they will be opening the appointments for next week soon so you can reserve ahead of time so I’d just check the ASI Portal page frequently. We are only taking appointments, so make sure you have one before coming down so we don’t have to turn you away! And there’s no limit on the passes we can give away; as long as you’re a student, you are eligible.
