Title says you want to get Genlock OUT of the camera body, your main text says you want to put genlock IN to a base station of the truck to then send Genlock to the Camera.

If it’s the second(sending genlock IN to the Camera) I would presume the CUU is genlocked. If it’s not on a CCU I would advise gen locking at the truck through a Frame sync or otherwise. Didn’t check out the full specs of the cameras IO but I doubt you’re going to get an analog signal to where ever the camera position is, especially if you’re sending it through some sort of base station that likely doesn’t support analog. Would need more information of the set up and actual gear involved in the path.
