Anyone else against letting non certified techs give vaccines?

Three letter chain sent out a mass text asking non certifieds to volunteer to vaccinate, with no pay raise.

I know it's crisis. But I firmly said 'no'. I was not hired 5 years ago to administer a covid test and I'm doing that with no pay raise. It was never apart of my job and this company already overworks us, understaffs us, cuts our tech hours to barely 40 a week and we fill 600+ scripts (and we are considered a low volume store) a day on top of acute ones, and too many mistakes are being made because there isn't enough help and we constantly have to check dates on medication bottles because there is one tech stuck in the drive thru testing, and one pharmacist to fill, type, ring, and make doctor calls and we all get verbally assaulted/threatened daily for wait times, drive thru wait, and scripts are never ready in a timely manner.

It's a giant corporate mess. And January 1st is coming with the full transfers and new insurance.
