The reasons for delays with your order is that you ordered a flavored bottle. Which the customer service representative should have explained to you is something we custom infuse prior to shipping to you. We do not preinfuse our flavored version of our bottles because this way the flavor notes are the most fresh upon your receipt in order for you to have the best experience. The processing times can vary depending on the amount of orders we have and the rate at which the oak bottle wood itself takes to the post infusion process. We recognize this is not the most clear on our website when ordering a flavored oak bottle versions so we are going to add verbiage to make it clear that there is a slight delay in processing the order if a flavored blttle is purchased versus the original natural oak bottle.
