If you're getting a 700$ payment taken out then you're not paying your bills or you overextended your expenses by spending more than you can handle with your salary. That's literally two months, and sounds like according to your description you were very near being disconnected. They have as of like the last 5 years relaxed their disconnection policy, literally have 65 days until your tv/internet/landline services are disconnected. So seeing as you had two months come out as a total of 700.00$ and another 300.00$ very close to coming out as well, that tells anyone who knows a modicum of how their billing works that you clearly don't pay your bills. Just saying, may want to reassess your spending, not how an automated billing system works and maybe look at your bills as well.
