Has anyone else noticed a pattern with who guys call "a vibe" rather than also mentioning their looks?

Honestly, I get your confusion and it's hard for me to describe because to me, she does look black. She literally is black. And I'm also not in the business of picking apart other people's faces to attribute racial "tells" for each of their features. But I think some people have very narrow idea of what black women look like, hence people telling me that I don't "look black" my entire life despite being a whole african woman and, as far as I'm concerned, looking undeniably black. And those comments didn't just come from nonblack people, to be clear. Many, many other black people have told me I don't "look black" because they've decided what black people are allowed to look like based on western society's stereotypes of black faces. Face shape, lips, noses, hair, etc - they're supposed to look a certain way or else you're suddenly "racially ambiguous".

Without picking her features apart, just the fact that people have mistaken Trina as Indian or otherwise non-black or not fully black says a lot. As far as I've seen, no one has assumed Cash is anything but 100% black.
