My dad got busted as soon as they were deployed by his work. He was caught going 9 km/h over the limit. This was before covid. He disputed. Now my old man asked for the interpreter as he never attended a court hearing and of course he gets an email that it will be a zoom hearing. I was there strictly to help him with the zoom and just observe. The interpreter did not show up so my dad in his broken English explained to the judge that he drove to his job and once he finished work when he started going home he got the "shits" so he turned around and drove back to his office. He explained and I am paraphrasing "I go there no break speed limit, I go home no break speed limit, I go back to shit I break speed limit. I am very sorry" Everyone on this zoom call including me in the background couldn't stop laughing. They reduced the ticket by $15 bucks.
