Who is Touchi Artist?

I almost got in a fight with the guy today. I've seen him once before about a month ago, and he happened to be cycling right in front of my house this afternoon. I was in a particularly foul mood so the timing was bad. I told him to stop vandalising city property, blah blah blah, and it ended in a serious shouting match. He rode away when things were about to boil over, thankfully.

My assumption of the guy, before today, was that it was some silly attempt at guerilla marketing for eventual profit. Social media bullshit or whatever...

A few minutes after our interaction, I decided I didn't wanna leave things to fester so I hopped on my bike and chased him down to talk and smooth things over.

His message is political in nature. If I had to pick a classification based on our 5-10 minute conversation, I'd say maybe some kind of anarchist. Definitely anti establishment, anti "1%" holding us all down. Talked about the rich and powerful making us all sheep, etc. We had some common ground, no doubt. He wants an evolution (as opposed to revolution) to change the system. He mentioned Bitcoin, WikiLeaks, Wikipedia....basically stuff about decentralization of power and authority. He hopes the system will change through evolution, as opposed to revolution.

I find his method odd. He's not spreading a message that's easily read. I told him I couldn't find anything about him or his ideas from a Google search. In fact, my guess is that this very post is going to be the only viable bit of online information about him. I still don't appreciate him vandalising city property. He used to just do cardboard signs but now it's utility boxes and flags. Not cool. It is what it is.
