Finding treatment at all beyond primary care provider has been really difficult for me. I was really happy to find the Marcus Institute for Brain Health on this subreddit several months ago. One catch, the program I have experience with is for veterans. Their definition of vet is pretty inclusive, so if you have any military background at all, it's worth looking into and if you qualify treatment will be free. If not, I'm not positive that they have services available however the website doesn't state a requirement for military service so--they likely have separate programs for vets and non vets.

They take a comprehensive integrative health approach. I recently went out to Colorado for a one week evaluation which was very helpful and now will be returning for a three week intensive rehab program. They also have a Florida branch which seems like what you might be interested in.
