Bootloader unlocking petition

I think that's a stupid argument because most devices that aren't phones, such as computers or laptops have locked bootloaders and those devices are perfectly fine.

The argument about exploiting is not about security it's about doing more than what the manufacturer wanted, it's anti-repair and anti-consumer from the start can't install Linux, can't install lineage OS, can't get root access without the manufacturer's permission you don't need to do any of this getting permission crap to do what you want with your laptop so why should it be that way with a phone?

Mobile access or data doesn't really change much because you can get laptops with a SIM card in them (they're essentially already a phone because of that).
