Brand new Ferrari SF90 worth half a million usd falls from delivery truck in São Paulo, Brazil

Well I've never been to Brazil, but I recently traveled to the Philippines, and every video I've seen of Brazil reminds me of it, so forgive my comparison.

In the developing country I've been to, there is no car insurance. There are also rarely road systems - that is, no traffic signals, no crosswalks, rarely even a painted lane divider. Every intersection is treated as a stop sign, but there are no stop signs. Accidents are usually worked out privately amongst the involved parties. People don't think about insurance, they just drive and try not to get in an accident.

It sounds fucked up because it is, but it's pretty fascinating to see in action. A lot of third world nations operate this way.
