This career is so over whelming, I worked tirelessly all summer to create a portfolio and projects and now I'm feeling under qualified

This is sick ASF. In my opinion this is more than enough to get an entry level position at a company.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-91UA-Xy2Cvb98deRXuggA - This guy Joshua Fluke talks about the corporate side of development, and he also has videos of reviewing other peoples personal portfolios. I noticed you ranked your language skills, and he says thats one thing you should never do (Not my opinion but his) and i think its worth hearing him out on it and his thoughts about why language fluency in portfolios is a no. Of course not saying you should follow it, just saying you could learn some new stuff like how to test your portfolio website etc. he shows that too in some of his videos about it.
