I don't even think it's the whole loading thing that's hurting the series. I think the story has just gotten way too big.

At this point we're going months to years of real time without seeing some storylines. And the books will just skip over many storylines too.

I like the whole situation in ostelia. I doubt we're going to see your favorite hatmen anytime soon. Which is a shame because they are the perfect members for this order of solstice, which is another thread that hasn't seen any real updates in a long time now.

And pirate is just now looking for help to write a chapter on that chemist guy, I forgot his name.

And we're not really getting money updates on Rickel either.

Honestly I can list off so many things that are being put on the back burner when they really shouldn't be.

And it's not like you can blame or get angry at pirate either because they're writing a shit ton of amazing stories pretty much every day and giving us 2 20k+ words chapters every week. The story is just too big for one author to handle if you ask me.
