CGSS & CCAS

I currently work for a VASP in a position that is in charge of reviewing resumes/hiring. If you do not have your CAMS yet I think that would help you more than getting CGSS or CCAS from a hiring standpoint. Your experience working with a VASP would show me that you know what you are doing and having a CAMS certification would tell me that you are well rounded with knowledge outside of the cryptocurrency industry.

A big thing for us is making sure that our banking partners and other partners know we have a competent compliance team and having CAMS adds an instant level of confidence and is easily recognizable. It won't get you everywhere, but CAMS is one of those things that we filter for when we have a lot of applicants whereas I can't say that we look for CCAS or CGSS specifically. Sure, they will both help you, but from a hiring standpoint I think having your CAMS will help the most. I realize that I'm not answering your original question here, but I do hope this helps.
