On a good day the staff scream at each other and they only start making your phone order once you’re in the store to pick it up.

On a bad day? And this is why I’ll never go back...I ordered a burger with the lot, some fish and some chips. When the lady roughly pulled the grill out, my bun went hurtling to the disgustingly decrepit floor. She picked it up, dusted it off, and put it on my burger. She thought I hadn’t seen it hit the floor but I did, and when I asked if she put the floor bun on my burger she huffed and told me to wait a few minutes for a new bun. I told her don’t worry and left without my order. I had already paid but she gave me $4 back in loose change.
