Covid-19

My girlfriend and her roommate both tested positive. I've been there every single day of quarantine and got sick with the same exact symptoms they had - haven't gotten the test myself, but it would be a huge coincidence to get a different illness with the same symptoms at the exact same time.
For a couple of days, mild diarrhea only, but I have been lax on the diet so didn't suspect anything. Then Wednesday night woke up drenched in sweat, running a mild fever. Pressure in the chest and sinuses, mild cough, loss of taste, smell, and appetite. Chills all day, slept the day away. Improving steadily over the past few days, fever is down, appetite is back, but headache is worse, I feel a tremendous amount of sinus pressure.
Her roommate is getting better pretty quickly. But my girlfriend has a pretty constant lingering cough which has yet to improve. All 3 of us have said its not nearly as bad for us as they made it sound. Her roommate is immune compromised and handled it just fine, we all feel as if its a mild flu in our case, of course other people may have a harder time with it.
