Crispy INDIAN Tea Time Snacks | Punjabi Masala Mathri Recipe - Khasta Mathri

MATHI or MATHRI is one of the most favorite Tea Time Snack. It can be relished with tomato ketchup, mustard sauce, mango pickle, mint chutney and even RAW.

---INGREDIENTS--- - 2 medium cup Maida/Refined Flour. - 1 medium cup Sooji/Rawa/Semolina. - 1 medium cup Atta/Wheat Flour. - 1 tea spoon Kalonji/Nigella Seeds. - 1 tea spoon Ajwain/Carom Seeds. - one and half tea spoon Salt. - 600 ml Cooking Oil.

---RECIPE--- Take a big mixing bowl. Add 2 cups medium cup Maida/Refined Flour, 1 cup Sooji/Rawa/Semolina, 1 cup Atta/wheat flour. 1/2 cup of Cooking Oil. Add Salt, Ajwain and Kalonji and mix them well. Add little water and make a firm dough. Now roll then in small balls and made small mathi/mathri. Deep Fry them in high and medium flame. Your snack is ready to Eat.
