And this here, is why I am getting so pissed. THERE IS A REASON MY ORDER IS BACKED UP, and this guy is acting coy making me think I'm crazy:

The SIM cards were held and being inspected with US customs. Once we got the SIM kits available, it was around our release date. We are able to get you your SIM kit.

I literally ordered a minute before him My email conf was 12:39 ET Rules aside, as a logical human being you see the issue right? This is driving me insane

Reginald I. 6:41 PM Project Fi and the Google Store are 2 different entities. There shipping methods are not the same as ours as we have our own warehouse for processing. Aside from the Google Store. The Google Store does not carry Project Fi Sim kits.
