Hmmm...
This is my weekly raid group (no effin pugs here) and please bear in mind that we all get along well and have no issues with each other. -
The Noisemaker - Good dude. Really good at the game. Kind of our "de-facto" leader as well. The "noise" is him talking to his GF (oh the fun we have with this) or his dog. But he also loves to eat granola. And cereal. And soup. Get where I am going with this?
The "Clown" - I have to confess. This is me. I'm the dude who you are trying to explain that nifty strat to, which requires you to jump on this tony ledge like so, then I push your ass off it. I'm the guy who you hear "Guardian Down" for because I was strafing and launched a Jellyhorn round into someone back on accident. I'm the guy in Control who goes to capture point C, when we already have A and B. Or that get's you killed because you were laughing too hard at a stupidly funny joke or because you just saw my corpse get launched across the room. Most recently, I'm that guy who kept reviving that PuG member during our weekly last week. This dude lost a fist fight with a Dreg. A. Dreg. And I kept reviving him so he could do it all over again. And again. And again....
The Strategist - New strat coming down the pipe? This guy knows it. Nothing is new. This has already been tested, verified, and proven to work for 7 out of 10 Guardians. We could keep banging our head against the wall.... or we could try it his way. 60% of the time, it works every time too.
The Oddball - This is the dude who says shit so off the wall the entire raid get's quiet trying to decide if we should laugh or die a little inside. Sometimes you are left with pure comedy gold. Other times you are wondering how he made it to 30 years of life. Common phrases include "My wife's sister is hot, I would love to bang her". Meanwhile we can all hear his wife in the background. Also thinks he sucks (he doesn't) at this game, meaning I can usually get away with blaming him for stupid stuff I did.
The "Platinum Gamer" - He has all classes at 32. Damn near every exotic armor / weapon in the game. Talked us into doing a Flawless Crota run just for the trophy (who am I kidding we all wanted to try it. Almost did it on VoG too except for a BS death). PS4 Gamer score 9000.
The Everyman - Just all around solid. Never complains. Is down for whatever. Just as comfortable wrecking in the crucible as he is in the raid. There really is not much more to say here other than, he rocks.
Actually, all these dudes rock (especially me) and for all the faults and flaws we may have, we have been raiding together since we were all able to get into VoG. None of us are friends in real life, so that IMO, makes it even more impressive. Good luck finding your dream team Guardians.
