Funny story...

My uncle lived off a main road into an area that was a penninsula to multiple sub divisions (ft. howard md/ north point rd). For whatever reason, the part of road he lived on was the bermuda triangle in front of his home, because someone would plow his mailbox to smitherines at least once per week.

Fed up with replacing his mailbox and no one owning up, he took a 5 or 6 inch steel pipe, buried it 6 foot in the ground, and filled it with quikrete.

Several cars have hit it causing pretty costly damage, including a roll over of a county cops wife.. who ended up with a dui for hitting his mail box.

Happened on Christmas ever, damnedest thing to witness.
