Do you do anything outside F45 for fitness?

Question.

New to F45 and fitness. Male 30 here never really a gym person and 6ft, 205lbs, 23% BF right now. Been going for last 6 weeks and see my strength and muscle definition improving. I go tues thurs (nighttime) sun and am looking to add sat (morning on weekends). Main goals are body recomp and to look better physically.

I’m looking to add some at home vanity muscle workouts (biceps, triceps, shoulders and ass). I have adjustable barbells at home.

Q: when should I add these vanity muscles (timing and day compared to my F45) ? Q: any suggestions as to the split and frequency per week ? Q: how many sets/ rep ?

I love F45 and it’s overall fitness but want to add some additional work for pure aesthetics.

Ps I’ve also really cleaned up my diet and am getting 180g of protein per day and keeping my cals to about 2000 a day.
