u/AthozeanHawker and u/DoctorDrunkDriver and u/Dr_MortimerSantician and roughly 6 other alt accounts are all controlled by one guy who has a subreddit called r/WhatsUpDoc in which all comments calling him out get removed. He’s been found using stock images in the past to verify his identity. He replies to himself and upvotes his comments to trick other commenters. He also has photoshopped emails and other fake messages in attempts to verify his identity.
