Essential oils are potent, and not meant to be put so close to your mucus membranes for such an extended period of time. I would think that this would be irritating to your mucus membranes, but also the septum piercing hole, healed or not.

Most things on tik tok or any social media do not mirror reality. I’m a mom and very familiar with essential oils and have never seen or heard of a fake nose ring diffuser in real life. What I have seen that might work better for you are essential oil necklaces. You can get simple ones, or fancy handmade ones, and they look cool. I am thinking they would be longer lasting and easier to control than something right up against your nose.
