Dutch Outrage Over Syria's Child Brides

It's been done already, doesn't work. Give you example from ex-Yu countries. Serbia for example. It is totally illegal to prevent kids from going to school. By law, everybody needs to finish 8 (or now 9) grades of school. If you don't have money for it state provides. Not much but provides. School is free as are the books and what you need. Medical insurance is free (including dental). Keep in mind, this is country where average monthly wage is between 350-450 Euros (nobody really knows).

What happens in reality, they don't work (for wage, at factory etc...), so they don't have any (visible) income. They get help from the state, for themselves and for each kid they have. So the more the better, more money. They do "street stuff", whatever that may be. Collecting cardboard, paper, stealing and reselling, whatever is profitable but keeps them out of jail in large numbers. They don't send kids to school, mostly don't, a lot do, but rather to streets to help them earn money in whatever way feasible. So, numbers are so high that there are no jails to put them in, there is no enough money to process this, there are not enough foster homes for all those children so in either way they end up on the street.

Children of street make new children of street and this perpetual circle continues. The more money you throw at the problem the worse it gets. It is the state of the mind and it has nothing to do with race, skin color.

These are not just ex-YU countries, this goes on everywhere. Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary etc.

Same thing goes for a lot of other "cultures" in rich European countries but people don't see it that much because they get enough from the state not to be barefooted on street.
