cop offscreen: "Hold on, one sec.." cop: "Do you have some [ID] document?" man (with a Russian accent): "These are BMW colors" cop: "I understand, but.." man: "If you understand, then why do I have to stop here?" cop: "... then we will start an investigation to figure out if there's an infraction of the law here or not. I'm not saying there is an infraction, I merely suspect an infraction. If there's a breach, then..." man: "Do you understand those are BMW colors?" cop: "If you say so, then it may be so. But please present an [ID] document, if you'd be so kind. I'd like to see your identification, to ensure who (video cuts off)"

There are so many cops because it's 9th of May and provocations from either side were expected. It's a bit disjointed and hard to make sense what went on, but that cop seemed polite and professional. If they really wanted to screw this guy and his friends, then their Dualtron scooters could've been confiscated right there for being way more powerful than the law allows.
