I don't know that he's a terrible hipster, I mean, he looks pretty good at it.

Granted, the beard could be longer, or better sculpted. It really doesn't tick all that many hipster boxes, does it. The hair also seems to lack a certain hipster je ne sais quoi.

Still, he makes a valiant comeback with the bright lycra shorts that look like they're for a 12 year old girl and that probably lack a chamois, made in small batches by an Australian cycling brand that you've never heard of. The calf tattoo, perfectly positioned for following cyclists and the quirky bum bag/fanny pack, worn ironically, yet used practically.

All that said, aren't he and his bike adrift on the streams of time? It's like he rode through time from a decade ago.
