Fannie Mae Accidentally Spills the Beans on the Impending Housing Market Crash

I'd like to sell my home, but it's a money pit with structural issues and wouldn't pass an inspection nor do we have the money to keep investing into equity.

The real estate agent screwed us by representing the seller in the middle of the sell instead of us and then threatened if we didn't get on it, I would not be able to buy two month's later due to having student loans. We didn't get an inspector or final walk through and our state is buyer beware so we were forced to move into the home since we already signed the deed. Floors are broken and cracked, electricity is not grounded, and there are multiple leaks caving in the ceiling. The sewage was pooling under the floor and we had to redo plumbing, gut it, and build a new kitchen and bathroom. I'm thinking of just filing chapter 7 and hoping I can rent. I am currently in grad school and would like to get out from under this house and move to another state where teachers are paid better. I'm worried because I haven't even started paying off my loan for my undergrad. Do you know any relevant links, subs, or resources to direct me to?

Thank you so much for making this sub. Subscribed!
