Hey, as this sub is more about replays and r/stunfisk is for team building and analysis, it would be great that r/pokemonshowdown could have a "replay analysis" flair. Users could submit replays as usual or also create a more thoughtful post sharing one or more replays and an explaination of why he did some decicions. The purpose of this kind of post would be to create a discussion about the best in-game decisions, without criticizing the team itself.

With such a flair the title could be more convenient for each specific post and no explaination from the user would be required about the gameplay analysis thing.

Along with the flairI guess there should be a small explaination on the sub's sidebar.
