um no... you dont HAVE to do that for all you 400+ games on steam. THIS GAME CRASHES 90% OF THE TIME BECAUSE OF APP CACHE. No idea why, I think it is a texture cache thing actually. possibly a memory leak. Did you actually go to user-> appdate->roaming then delete the spintires folder or no? If you havent do it and see if it fixes it. Anytime I have had that exact problem in mine and any other of the 20 friends I play with in 300+ hours we clear the app cache launch it (sometimes it doesn't start have to try and launch once or twice and have some patience and it will work) How many mods/maps/debugging have you done on the game that gives you the right to be unappreciative of help thrown your way when you ask for it.

I am a little confused because your orginal post says "I'm using an Intel i3 at 3.8Ghz 4GB of RAM A GT430 and Windows 10 build 10525"

But now you are trying a different machine? Did you add more ram all of a sudden? and a new CPU? Now you are using windows 7? What is it? Shall I get some of the bigger modders to chime in on this? All of them will ask the same thing. Cleared your app cache? Ive never had to do this for any game but this one yet here we are. Do that try and launch a few times if it doesn't work then get mad at your evolving computer. Next time leave out the fucking eye rolling when trying to get some help.
