Got robbed off delivery bloke

Pay isn't really an excuse for service, that's like someone saying I'll only be a good person if I'm paid, not because I am one and want to be. I worked 90 hours a week on a wage half what he gets with a rent and council tax cost higher than where I am living now (although bills weren't so high) ate one meal a day and weighed 6 stone, i had no transport either so it was a 2 hour walk there and a 2 hour walk home. Went through contractions whilst serving a customer because I wasn't allowed to use the toilet for 12 hours and if I didn't so much as smile one day I'd have been sacked. I don't want this guy losing his job and I'd have much preferred to go to the shop, that is what my partner had asked me to do since we had about £20 to stretch on food till next but I've been laid up sick most the day and he wouldn't go because he's been up since 4am for work. I won't eat till next week now because we had to get something else to eat with the money left over to stetch us into next week because no one will refund. I think maybe more communication needs to be put in place, like the drivers be told they need to check they get a receipt with all the orders. Most the time have brilliant courier service, polite, friendly, etc. We've had this same guy twice with food and receipt missing and he's been rude each time. Him being sacked isn't what I'd want at all for him with how shit things are with rising costs but maybe just eat should do some more training or at LEAST provide bonuses. Tipping is awful! When I worked in fast food for shit pay we did get bonuses if we were served by mystery customers with a good review. They should do that!
