I don’t necessarily disagree with your points, but looking at your post history less than a year ago you were bidding “10-15k over 550k homes/townhomes” and getting outbid. While I acknowledge this sucks, the market has settled a tad and there are definitely options now in this range. I do sympathize with your complaints but having 500-600k to even begin looking at a home does not put you in line with the vast majority of this towns population, and I imagine even less so with the people on this sub. Knowing this, your post comes across as a bit karma farming and just adding to the numerous rants that are on here on a pretty much weekly basis.
