The small world software is cool, but I don't like the data building for objects to much liek ACAD. I like V8I bentely personally, but expensive, but it's a good base to go with personally. Oracle is a bit more in depth but it is a nice backing for V8I/Microstation set up.

I been designing for 10 years give or take. I seen a few different ones. Can you expand on what your tracking, developing, and designing in a bit more details? My job and the company I work for does this very thing for a large-scale telecom company. I can not name drop. I can point you in a direction.

Do you need a server hosting for the data, and a team to help manage it? Do you need any extra independent designers or drafters?
