Thanks for being so attentive, but where was it said that it's easier to shoot while running with Lightning than, say, Egret? Except for Satori while falling, I think all Snipers have fired exclusively while staying still, and both Lightning and Ibis have been used at Gunner range.

As for eevrything else, I see now that my description of the ability could have been misleading. My point was that the user can rapidly lock on to a new target and fire at that while fully exploiting Lightning's quick rate of fire, not keep firing in the general area of the target as is the case with assault rifles: it's basically about precision shots in quick succession. I also said that it works well against focused Shields because, as Azuma showed, if the opponent protects their head with one then you can fire a second shot at their foot immediately afterwards, which they won't expect.
