Help re: Retaliation - Non-renewal of Lease in L.A.

You have an abusive predatory landlord.

If you do not retain experienced and competent legal counsel and representation, to stand up to this bully immediately with aggressive and professional strength enforcement of your rights, the abuses will only continue to escalate and your rights to quiet enjoyment and breach of Warranty of Habitability will completely evaporate.

Does your lease provide for attorney’s fees and cost to the prevailing party, in the event legal counsel is required to enforce your lease?

If yes, I highly recommend you pay the advanced cost to retain experienced and competent attorney(s) for legal counsel and representation, in order to increase your chances of successfully navigating your situation, with an outcome to your advantage and satisfaction, immediately without delay.

If no, I still highly recommend that you make the investment anyway.

If you are low income and/or disadvantaged in any significant way(s) and even if you are not, you may qualify for pro Bono legal counsel and representation from experienced and competent public interest nonprofit legal services organizations and/or law firms. Start researching and making inquiries for pro Bono legal counsel and representation.

Do not allow this bully to continue to get away with abusing you and stop forwarding her mail immediately without notice.

Mark any and all mail not addressed to the legitimate leaseholder(s) and/or authorized residents, as “Undeliverable/Return To Sender” and deposit it into a United States Postal Service mailbox.
